JEWELRY CARE: It’s important to avoid all exposure to water and jewelry cleaning products since this is a piece of costume jewelry. It’s recommended to remove jewelry before showering, working out, going to the beach and other activities that can involve moisture on the jewelry. Costume Jewelry also will tarnish when exposed to oils and acids from peoples skin. Jewelry will turn colors if left out in the open so it’s recommended that you keep it in a pouch, plastic bag or container. You can always buff your jewelry with a polishing cloth to shine it up. Please keep in mind that everything made by Love, Lisa is costume jewelry and does not last a lifetime so be sure to take care of it :).

Any item that is purchased on www.lovelisa.com can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of your purchase. Please ship it back to us with a note indicating if you want to exchange the item or request a refund. We are not responsible for shipping charges. Return shipping fees & insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original packing receipt with order number. In addition, note if you would like to exchange for a store credit, gift certificate or a refund to original payment method. Returns can take up to 3 weeks.

If an item is damaged, we stand behind our jewelry 100%. If we can't fix it, we will replace it. Please mail the item to us and include a return address. All damaged items must have been purchased within 1 year to be eligible for a replacement.
Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.
We are unable to refund initial shipping charges on returns and or exchanges.We are not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit. If you are mailing a return, please use a mail carrier with insurance and tracking.
