Our 90-Day Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase on eligible items purchased through lovelisa.com. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Personalized jewelry is not eligible for return.

How to Make a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Jewelry

If your jewelry is damaged, contact Lisa to discuss repair or replacement options. Items purchased within one year may be eligible for replacement.
