Shipping policy

At Love, Lisa Jewelry, every order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours so your jewelry arrives without delay.

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers including USPS and UPS.  The office is located in Massapequa, NY.

Please note that delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or severe weather.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
